Do you need a safe place to have your personal or business letters delivered? Then trust in us. Are you based outside London and need a London based office? All we require is a Photo ID like a passport or photo driving licence to setup the service and then you can pick up your letters in our office hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We require to meet the mailbox owner and a short contract filled in. This must be done in person within one week of paying for the service via paypal or you will lose your money. We do not offer a forwarding facility for your letters but we will keep them safely till you can next visit us to pick up your letters.
* £20 deposit must be paid along with the £20 one month Mailbox Service charge depending on how long you take the service for.Your service will commence as soon as you have paid but your letters will only be given to you after you have produced your Photo ID.

- Mailboxes can be used by private or businesses for safe keeping of all correspondence.
- A short contract needs to be filled in which asks for client details: address, tel nos, email address and business name if any.
- Photo ID like your Passport or Driving licence is required to take up a mailbox. We are not able to setup the mailbox without the Photo ID.
- The deposit is refundable on giving one month notice in writing to terminate the contract.
- If your mailbox service lapses by one week we will be returning all your post to sender so you must remember the date of renewal and pay before the date by paypal.
